We wanted to spend time in the mountains and lakes and read about this place and it’s cheese so went and checked it out. The cheese was amazing, you can see the “small” cheese board in the pictures which was a lot of cheese for three people. My favourite was the macadamia flavour which I bought two lots of after tasting! The chocolates were delicious too. It only took an hour and 15 or less to get here from north cairns city.

Great to visit. Cheese and chocolate.. how could you go wrong! Not keen on their macadamia nut cheese though as it tasted like fake hazelnut (!) flavouring.

I have been coming to this family owned and run dairy farm for over 15 years. I would say they produce some of the best cheese and chocolate in Far North Queensland. If you're coming to the Atherton tablelands and love cheese then this is the place to stop in at. My favorite is the chilly cheese but also highly recommended the macadamia, onion and chive and cracked pepper.

You must visit this place. Excellent cheeses and chocolates made on site. Linda helped us send some of their product back to Tasmania and it was very well received. The staff are polite and courteous even when very busy. We had the $25 cheese platter and it was a filling lunch for us two. book a table (as it can get busy) and indulge.

Local for 20 years and have always reccomended Gallo dairy farm to everyone and sadly I won't be doing it again. We were 3 mins past 12 and I kindly asked for breakfast if possible which I was laughed at and told no. Got the fish and chips and the seafood basket and two drinks $66 later and we had to go looking for our chips. Really really dissapointed

Hubby and I had lunch at the cafe for our anniversary recently and while the staff were lovely and the food was nice, we were disappointed that their meals don't incorporate the cheeses they make, besides their cheese platters.The chocolates were delicious but for me, the mint slice needs to be more minty

Great place to have lunch. Food was good. Had the egg bacon burger it was really nice and fresh. The cheese platter is a must for everyone. And don’t get me started on the chocolate. A few things for the kids to do. Pat the calfs and watch the cows being milked. Really a nice relaxed place for a Saturday lunch.
