Pretty poor service.Phoned the day before to confirm they had the product.Went to shop the next day to be told the product was damaged/not full. Got told both reasons. Then the staff member had the gall to say what i will do for you" is check the other stores. If you did your job the first time you wouldnt have to do anything for me.Then got told they cant transfer directly between stores.No more wattyl for me. Plenty of other paint suppliers"

When it comes to solving your painting problems....so wattyl want a store that delivers and this is it.

Went into this store today to get some colour pamphlets and ask for some recommendations and advice as to what type of paint to buy. When I spoke to the staff member I advised that I was looking for some interior low sheen paint, he advised that there are four different types of low sheen paint, which one was I after? I then asked which he would recommend as I don't know the types and he said the most expensive one, with no other input. His responses, demeanour and attitude were extremely rude, so I just walked out. I will recommend to anyone who asks to avoid ever using this store.

Great service. Friendly staff. Jorja has helped us with our decking and house paint requirements for years now. Always helpful, knowledgeable and willing to explain which paint is best for our needs. We prefer to travel to Osborne pk and even Claremont store to get Jorja's help.

Terrible service. The guy at the counter had no idea what we were asking and had to look everything up in a book and then call someone. Took ages and no outcome as basically he wasn't going to go out of his way to help.All of the staff only seemed interested in helping the tradies.
