Never been disappointed by the service of Emma, Dan & the team. They've always done brilliant work on my BMW.Considering how out of place the fake looking 1 star reviews are amongst the 5 star reviews, I'd be shocked if any of the allegations were true.Never a bad word to be said about the team.Cannot recommend them more!

We have been going to Autotech for over 8 years. Dan, Emma and their team are fantastic, the services are always done in a timely manner and very reasonable price. Always ready to help and give advice if needed. Definitely recommend this company to all our friends

Don't put your trust in those guys. They changed my alternator pulley. ... And also took my car back again, again and again as they couldn't fix a whistling belt. They were always saying it's fixed. The next morning it was whisking again. When I lost my alternator pulley on my way, 3000 km later they couldn't care less. The guy laughed at me over the phone, telling me that is not their fault and they also said that there is no safety issue about loosing a pulley on your way when driving on the highway. How arrogant ! He also questioned me about mechanic to justify the fact that it is normal for him to loose components when driving. He knows better of course he is the mechanic ... Then he hang up. Neither smart, neither competent, neither polite. Save your money, your time, and your health. Stay away from them.

Where do i start! From always updating us on our Car when it needs work to even towing us across the state so we aren't stuck in Perth on short notice, you guys are amazing and I hope the business continues to grow! You all deserve it, Thanks Dan, Emma and the Team! Highly Recommended.

After blowing a radiator hose 40km out of Bunbury traveling down south for work I had to get towed into Bunbury. 6 mechanics I tried first were all booked out and wouldn't take a look for me. Autotech were also fully booked for weeks but given my circumstances agreed to take a look. Fortunately it was a relatively quick fix to get me back to Perth.Service was exceptional from first calling to the guys in the shop.If only Autotech were up in Perth, I'd happily use them as my go to mechanic.

I wouldn't recommend. Take your car at your own risk. They messed up with my car and then said can't admit liability once it has left the garage. Very unprofessional

I've used this business every time I've needed anything done with my car, the staff are always polite and very helpful, they've always made sure they communicate with myself or my partner before they do anything extra to my car, I am always offered a courtesy car if need, very professional business and one i'll continue to use for all mechanical work done on my car in the future, highly recommend to anyone needing anything done at a reasonable price and time frame, well done guys, very happy ☺️

Had my full breaks done and they were so friendly,thorough and did a great job. The stafff are great and service is reliable.

I give 1 star because can't do lowest than 1 star. They surely pay for their good reviews or write it themselves.The best thing they can do is refill the windscreen water. They have no duty of care AT ALL. When I got my car back after a job on the wheels, I realized that they did not fix anything and did not tight the screws/nuts properly. Lucky my dad checked after them and lucky I did not loose my wheel on my way back !When I called to let them know the problem I'VE BEEN ABUSED by the mechanic !Horrible people

These are good people, friendly, efficient and helpful. They towed my vehicle after it broke down in Brunswick, gave me good advice on how to rectify the situation and were most accommodating when I decided to go another way and trailer the vehicle back to Perth.The workshop is clean, neat and uncluttered and the staff are well presented.A big thank you to Dan, Emma and the crew.
