Fantastic coaches and very welcoming club members. As a Female starting martial arts was way out of my comfort zone, however everyone is super helpful and makes for a very inclusive environment. Training in self defence boosts confidence and is a great workout. Would definitely recommend.

Craig and Cass are amazing with the kids. They keep them focused and really make sure everyone’s technique is correct allowing them to excel from the get go.I also love that they are teaching the kids how to avoid getting into confrontations to begin with by learning street smart observations.Really great people that have created a really inviting environent.
