Pedders Suspension & Brakes Phillip

Just took my Honda Accord to Pedders at Phillip to have them check out my power steering which had started playing up intermittently - warning light flashing and losing power assistance. They scanned it straight away and diagnosed the problem as a battery issue, rather than the power steering. Excellent result for me and excellent service from Pedders

Put my car in to get both front tyre rod ends replaced 30 minutes after driving out my car started to get loud n louderby the time i got home. The next day i rang but they flatly refused doing anything that may have caused it...im not saying they did but the guy just said... didnt touch that part of your car only the front end ....well ummm yeah thats all you were asked to do ....BUT when lowering it on the hoist maybe it came dwn a tad to hard and .the exhaust has come loose or from the muffler ...possibility it's a 2007 model so.probably highly likely.and also was up n dwn off the hoist twice i seen sooooo.....but the guy didn't even want to consider anything other that his theory, Or even offer for me to bring it in to check ..I'm a single working mum and money is tight ....I'm sorry but I won't being going back and I won't recommend either...

Billy and the team at Pedders Phillip are absolute professionals in their field. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for suspension or brakes repairs/replacement. I initially dealt with Stuart who provided me with an itemised quote for full brakes, springs and suspension replacement on my 2017 Isuzu D-Max. He took the time to explain everything to me in layman’s terms and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. Billy and Stuart have the patience of saints as I called them a heap of times with different questions. They were incredibly polite and helpful. The finished job was awesome. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. My car feels like a brand new car. I can’t recommend them enough. Thanks guys!

Billy and the rest of the team at Pedders are absolute legends. I drove in to their workshop first thing in the morning with a horrible screeching sound coming from the rear of the car. I was desperate as I needed to continue my travels back to Victoria. Straight away they said yep we can have a look at that this morning". 2 hours later I drove out of there with the problem all fixed. They were very reasonable in their charging of their service. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again fellas. I'm a happy lad."

The pedders suspension Phillip staff Billy & George among other staff are great,honest and most of all consistent everytime I go there, the price each time isnt an arm and a leg which is nice and any questions when I ask how they gotten this price are always explained to me clearly so I can understand exactly what they have done while my car was in there care.I wouldn't recommend anyone else to look/touch my car besides these guys........good job boys.
