Was clean and friendly staff, a tat experience. Very handy to a couple of food outlets within walking distance.

Great place. It has a swimming pool with an BBQ. I stayed during winter so I wasn't able to use the pool and so on. But the staff is really welcoming and helpful. I needed anything I could ask or on most accounts they asked me if I needed anything in the room.It located on a main road so getting out and in can be hard but it isn't really a deal breaker as every take away is with in 2 mins walking distance. Rooms are very spacious and they were very clean quite. Even with a main road near by. If you open up the windows you can hear the traffic.

Room number 10 was warm and heated during winter days. Very cozy stay in August 2022. It’s a great place with spacious bathroom, clean towels, clean beds and easy check in

Room was clean - no milk or coffee cups and soap dispenser nearly empty . It was a public holiday but no excuse . Breakfast was ok but it had run out of pancake mix and apple juice was suspectRoom was clean and presentable for the price

We were in room 2 for 6 nights. This is the best motel room I've ever stayed in. The room was spacious, very clean, sound-proofed and the beds were very comfortable. My bed even had a padded mattress protector that was as thick and soft as a duvet! The smart TV had apps for streaming services. The kitchenette was equipped with a kettle, microwave, toaster, electric frypan, bar fridge with a freezer compartment and basic cutlery and crockery. We were able to heat basic meals in the room as well as order takeaway. The bathroom had an extractor fan (this is rare) and a faucet for filtered water. Pump liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided. There is a guest laundry with washing machines and dryers that we used. There's a nice looking swimming pool out the front that would be nice in warmer weather. We appreciated the contactless key drop. Great value. Highly recommend.

Clean quiet modern room with the most comfortable bed and the best reclining chair for watching TV! There was no information regardingaccessing the complimentary breakfast, which should have been in the room or mentioned by the receptionist on check-in. This was the reason I chose this motel for an unplanned overnight stay in Toowoomba so was disappointed and did not feel I should have to chase it up late at night. Was also peeved that I could not park outside my room as the spot was taken by a motel staff/management vehicle. Wouldn't have mattered so much if it hadn't been pouring rain all night and next morning. I would have liked to speak to reception before leaving but there was no answer when I went to the office prior to check out and called them on their much-touted all-hours-access face-time device. Also, I would have appreciated finding milk in the fridge. This seemed an oversight since tea, coffee, sugar and bikkies were provided. But couldn't fault cleanliness and comfort, so thank you ACM for that! The shower was hot, and filtered water is available for refilling water bottles. I hope I have cause to stay again. My last minute booking may have caused some of these issues?

Booked in after noticing the absolutely filthy pool had a closer look at the room and it was discusting to the point of asking for a full refund because they were fully booked we needed to find another place they refused to give us a refund and threw us out of the office when I showed her photos of the room definitely a disappointment to what was supposed to be a happy trip here for us here with our daughter having her baby girl

Insane amount of security at the motel. No personal experience with staff. Certainly off putting. Bathrooms well out dated. No cutlery in the room for takeaways. Caarpark terrible layout and signage.

In answer to the manager on my review,The room was not left in a mess I left in the state it was when I arrived. The used towels etc left on the bench near the door and all the bencher wiped down. It is easy for you to tell untruths about a bad review. My assistance dog does not leave a mess and your attitude is extremely poor and negative. No mention of fixing anything. Don’t blame the customer for your downfalls, if you where around to physically talk to, then maybe a customer would not be grumpy. I wish you well with the well deserved renovations to being this motel up to at least a three star…………

Worst place we ever stayed in .... Aircon hardly worked and water pressure zero, rough people hanging around outside and domestic arguments in morning doors slamming ... Wonderful couldn't even have a hot shower after 800 kilometres!!! In morning asked for Manager who sent a staff member out ... What a disgrace for $150.00. Ripped off ...Never stay at this Motel take my advice from us who have experienced it!!!!!!!
