Went in for a hearing and tinnitus assessment. Minu was a great bloke keen for a chat and explained how and why he would conduct different components of the test.Booking appointment was also simple and straightforward. Place is very clean and easy access straight off the highway.Wish there were more businesses like this place around!

I only went in for ear wax removal and was so impressed by the service and attention to detail that I have transferred all my audio management to Vinu and Minu at Easy Hearing. Friendly personal service and close to my community.

Easy Hearing at Karalee is just great! From the moment I walked in & was greeted by the cheerful Peggy, I was looked after admirably. While waiting, I was presented with a welcome cup of tea & biscuits.Once I got in to see Vinu, I was impressed by his friendliness & professionalism. I have had several hearing tests in the past, but nobody has cleared any wax out of my ear before! It kinda makes sense to do that before a hearing test!Vinu explained clearly what he was doing as he carried out a battery of tests. He explained the good aspects of my results and the aspects to be aware of in the future in easy-to-understand terms.I was covered by DVA for the consultation, and both Vinu and Peggy knew the ins & outs of the process. In short, this visit was a welcome surprise which filled me with confidence, & I will certainly be recommending Easy Hearing at Karalee to my friends.

My husband and I recently visited Easy Hearing in Karalee for hearing assessments. Peggy is very welcoming in getting us checked in and Minu our Audiologist was very informative, efficient and quick (v important for my husband), and vastly different to the hearing tests of old.Results and options were provided very quickly. Such an easy business to recommend! Peggy at the front desk is amazing and gets you a cuppa ready for your appointment. Vinu is so helpful and professional with full explanations and very knowledgeable with the apps and setting up my first hearing aid. I had put it off since another group had carried out my testing. Since my fitting a couple of hours ago, the difference in my right ear hearing is nothing short of amazing!

I can't speak highly enough of easy hearing audiology, fantastic friendly service from all the staff who really looked after me with my new Oticon hearing aids.
