Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The two lady's at the counter didn't even acknowledge me when I waited at the counter they were to busy chatting to other people. Will not be returning

Lots Asian food

The customer service need a lot of improvement, specially at the cashier. Patience and smiles can go a long way.Sometimes, when other worker around (not the main lady cashier) i got good welcome and friendly assistance then i feel comfortable asking questions of the ingredients of the foods i interested to buy, hence i spend more in the shop.I came few times already when i happen near by, mainly hunting for some vietnamese traditional sweets, side dish and snacks.They have quite good range. Prices quite standard for the foods i have bought.

THE RUDEST UNPLEASANT UNWELCOMING CUSTOMER SEVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!My daughter told me how she called in here once to grab a few things and that the lady was HORRIBLE looked her up and down, no smile, expect when laughed to another co-worker, my daughter still used her manners and said please and thankyou and the other lady didn't say a single word or return a smile...my daughter said maybe it was a one off and she was just having a bad day, but NOPE I went I'm here and experienced the EXACT SAME THING!!!!RUDE!! BAD ENERGY!! MEAN LADY'S WORK HERE.My advice is to the woman working here, be kind and smile, it's not hard, or just a simple hello or thank you.

The staff work here are very disrespect their customers, aseptically those lady behind the counter and I encourage all other customers not to shop here and their price are quite expensive and there is a lot of Asians store around this areas...for sure I will not shop at this stupid store ever again..
