Wanted to buy a set of santoku knives on the stand blazened with 'up to 60% off. Originally $79.99. I took them to the counter to be told they are $79.99. I queried the price to be told oh they came off special yesterday. Very poor performance Robins, very poor.

A woman with long blondy hair was super unfriendly. Not surprised there is always no customers in the store. You can buy same things online 2/3 times cheaper.

I should have just walked out when they didn't accept my cash... it's absolutely ridiculous you only have card payment options. For that reason I probably won't shop there again.

I shouldn't have to pay by card when I have cash in my pocket. Unless of course cash is no longer legal tender in this country

Great products, friendly staff. Always ready to help. The only downside would be that it's such a small store and not much room to move around
