Ordered a birthday cake, said they can’t get the exact same looking which I expected, however it was far from the image, it had so much blue food colouring, the guests teeth and lips were stained blue.So dissapointed!

Jo and her amazing staff saved my husbands birthday cake and made one with very short notice. I cannot thank you enough for creating such a stunning and delicious cake. We had so much good feedback about how good it was!! Will be returning for many more cakes in future!!

Worst cake I ever had. I bought a LET'S CELEBRATE cake. When I sliced it, the crumbs fell to bits, and the whole thing fell to bits, it didn't taste as good as it usually did, I won't be going there again, not happy at all and really horrible look.

Cake was ruined and broken box was recked when they gave it to us and when we asked if the cake is fine she said yes it's fine though it wasn't. and it took 10mins for them to take our order disgusting the place was so unclean never coming to that place ever again. Also found a hair in cake. Do not recommend thus place they also judge by appearance

Hi I come today at 3:33 pm with my mum we want to purchase a short black she cone with a large cappuccino cup we said to her this is not a short black she insisted that was She got a bit upset I got up to show her pics of the short black she come back and give this and again it’s not a short blackThis person she had a bad dayShe should not be workingVery arrogantI will never come too this store

Not impressed at all. Cupcakes where not decorated as promised. It was like they were thrown together in a rush. Looked like a 5 year old done it. First time in 19 years ive been disappointed and angry about my birthday cupcakes for my daughter. Didn’t provide the same as originally ordered without checking it was ok. Very disappointed and will not be returning. Staff should go to ballarat shop and learn how to do it properly. Save your money if it’s for a birthday present or special occasion.

I work directly across from them & went in at 6.15pm Thursday night & couldn't get a coffee as the young girl was about to clean coffee machine very disappointed
