Terrible service, can't even get sim card replaced without hassling around.

If I could give zero star I would even that is too good for this optus store. Beware do not go here any other optus store is better than here. They pressure you into buying extra accessories promising a discount, when you sign on you see the actual total with no discount. Also the accessories break they are poor quality I returned airbuds they said they will send it off to be checked and it should take a couple of weeks. I've been waiting over a month I keep calling no one ever picks up the phone. I only once got through to them by luck and they said they will take my number and name down and the manager will call me about the issue the next day. That ofcourse never happened. Do not go here they are completely incompetent no one knows what they are doing.

Very good service. Phuong is very friendly and take care of my issues as her own. She deserves a pay raise

Good service. Always come here when I need a service or help. Might need to wait as they’re always busy but it’s worth it.

Spent hours on the phone trying to sort out an access problem with an Optus call centre somewhere overseas (Malaysia?). They were very unhelpful and they never explained why I had disappeared from the Optus system or what to do about it.I know Optus has a security issue... but removing verified users with a power of attorney from the system is not the right way to handle this.Andy at the Sunshine store checked my ID and had the problem sorted out in a few minutes. Thanks, Andy:-)P.S. Optus needs more Australian staff not less.

Mike is a legend with helping me sorting out this billing issue. I have seen and called multiple optus agents and no one provided such a prudent and caring service like Mike. He helped me making the most out of my plan and maximise my value for the money I paid. This guy deserves a raise!!!

Love Mike pretty much. He is soooo nice with patience and very professional. He helps us with our new phone plan. We get a 14 promax with 500G data plan. He also offers us with all related accessories. We used to go to highpoint.it took more than 2 hours each time for exactly the same service. Definitely come back for mike in the future

Disgusting customer service by a certain worker. Wouldn't recommend going into their shop. I found somewhere else to take my business

if I had minus Star I would have chosen minus star. I shop assistant was absolutely not helpful at all. Sorry to say this but never again. Optus will not get my money. In Optus Sunshine plaza , customer service does not excite.
