Discusting customer service, make no effort what so ever to return phone calls, have no product knowledge and make no effort to answer basic questions that they don't know the answer too (such as how much does the bull bar weigh) was all to hard for them, yet other manufactures knew the answer straight away, obviously a common question.. Will not even consider them in the future.... tried to do the right thing and support S.A business... never again with theese guys.

had our Gitsham fit out on our car for years. bullbar/ scrub bars/ tube steps/ removable canopy/ tool boxes never had a problem (keeps the ammo dry :))

Had two nudge bars on 2 new hiluxs with drop in rack and 1 with a rear rack as well. Waited so may weeks over what was told wait would be. Also, was supposed to have 2 undermount toolboxes fitted and planned it in the gitsham showroom with rep in person.Today when arriving afyer 1hr plus drive to be there for the fitting as was arranged by gitshams, was told when I walked in that they didnt even have the toolboxes there. So disorganised there, chaos and the most disappointing experience..again. We wont be using or recommending to anyone.

Terrible Customer service, never return calls, they lost our order after 8 weeks. Last few bull bars have been terrible quality and finish. We try to steer people away from ordering these bars.

These people do not communicate, Tried to spend $4000 with them for a bull bar , Tyson doesn’t return calls nor respond to emails . After 2 months of trying gave up and went elsewhere.

Poor service from this company 12mths for a bullbar and still nothing, please don't rely on this company, from waiting on parts to waiting on paint, all the excuses no product or follow up email or calls
