This is the worst flower company and the absolute WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Do not use them unless you want a fight on your hands to get a refund. My order was cancelled as the succulents I ordered were out of stock. They cancelled my order and charged me a $15 cancllation fee. The customer service staff were rude and horrible to deal with as well as the manager. Don't be fooled by Google review, have a look at the productreview website if you want a true insight into this company.By the way, one of the customer service girls that emailed me was 'Emma R', same as one of the good reviews on here. Coincidence?

I had ordered flowers for my Aunty for her birthday on Monday 19th going to an address in Adelaide city (I'm from Melbourne) i had ordered the dancing lady and at 9.30 I received a phone call to be advised that the florist didn't have requested flower of carnations which were in the arrangement and asked if it was ok for the florist to sub for roses. I was more than happy for the florist to include the roses. Now that is good customer service. I saw the arrangement later that day and was more impressed. I will use this company again. Thank you for your wonderful service

Ordered a $95 flower arrangement thinking this would be a decent amount of money for something to stand out as a gift. I was embarrassed when i saw what the recipient ended up receiving. The arrangement was so ridiculously small , it shouldn't have retailed for more than a third of what I paid. I contacted customer service repeatedly but never heard from them again. I will never deal with them again.

Ordered Lush Watermelon to be sent to celebrate the birth of a baby. Received a photo of what was delivered. Looked very little like the pictured one the site. Box white, not lime green and bright pink. Flowers mainly a candy pink, not much green. Wouldn't have even thought it was the same arrangement. Whilst I understand that flowers shown on website may need to be substituted, I would have thought the florist would have stayed true to the basic theme. Disappointed.

Very disappointed. Booked for an AM delivery but nobody came the entire day. No email, call or text to say things were late or delayed or there were problems. I had organised the flowers as a surprise and to not have them show up at all ruined the moment. Called the next day and got a refund. Not recommended.

Last minute change as person was moving to a different hospital so emailed them and straight away got a phone call. Lady tried to accommodate changes but was a bit hard as didn't know when they were moving hospitals so put on hold so I could find out. Great customer service:)

Ordered before 8am for a Saturday delivery, choosing an AM delivery time. Before ordering checked to make sure they delivered to my area on Saturday. Come 12:30 still no delivery so called, only to be put on hold straight away for 5 minutes. Advised by staff that would contact florist to find out what was happening, again on hold. They advised that the courier was late to arrive and should be there shortly. As it was mine and my partners anniversary we had arranged plans later in the afternoon, and advised them as such.Come 3PM flowers had not arrived, and had to leave. A note on my delivery order was not to leave flowers at door due to the area and to call my mobile for any issues.I left numerous messages and emails prior to leaving, so decided that they were not going to arrive. Now have returned back at 5:30PM and still there is nothing, no phone call no notes and definitely no flowers!!Do NOT use this company as they appear not to provide the services offered. I will be following them up on Monday and will be giving them an earful!
