I had read a lot of bad reviews and taken into account all of them with my first experience with UPS.I asked all the questions as to where and when my parcel was expected to be delivered to my elderly mothers house and had mentioned she is partially deaf.I requested the delivery driver knock loudly and requested that if she didn’t answer to leave the parcel at the door, this required me to fill out a form and email them back.When the delivery driver turned up, he not only followed my requests, but helped her take the heavy parcel inside.He was very polite, and the parcel was delivered in good time on the date due on arrival.Very satisfied with UPS service.

Just had Steve from UPS Perth go out of his way to deliver an item from the USA. Steve was an absolute legend, friendly, called on arrival to new location. Give this staff member a pay rise or a managers position, great energy, good vibes, thanks mate!

If you are doing an overseas shipment they basically steal your money, hold your package in a warehouse until the refund window to closes, return your package back to to sender and label it as delivered so there is absolutely nothing you can do to get your money back or get the shipment actually complete.Don't use them if you don't want to be cheated out of money.

Just when you believed that no one could mess up such a straightforward job... UPS comes. Dude, it's really not that hard to deliver a package. Like seriously... do your job properly lol it's really not that hard. Big big yikes.Even my 8 year old son would be able to do a better job.

This is a hard one - I ordered an item from Amazon, which was delivered via UPS. The one order was split into three deliveries which was a pain given incorrect notification was given as to when the packages where to be delivered; I was given an indication which was narrowed down to a range of five day period. Yet I found staff at UPS to be through and professional. Either way, I am done with purchasing from Amazon. I’m unsure what role UPS played and whether they could have done better in this instance.

Absolutely disgraceful. Received an email saying the parcel will be delivered today. Didn’t receive it so called UPS. Apparently it’s still in transit from Melbourne and hasn’t even reached Perth.

UPS very bad service. Do not use UPS Service to get parcels to you faster. My parcel has been across Australia and I still haven't received it. It's been 21 days now.

The system deos not allow negative rating, which would reflect better about the service. Here are issues I faced with this service:1. Most of the number provided on the webpage are not working.2. Every single time called them a new/conflicting infromation was provided. The infromation provided on the tracking app and web protal was completely wrong.3. The parcel went all other places then the destimation, a hardly 4 days deliver took 14 days.5. When they are at your door they cannot even call you, how one could be out of door all the times for such an unexpected pracel delivery.In short, no proper business model and respect for their customers. If you value your time money and respect please avoid this service.
