Poor communication. I asked over the phone if I can bring my PS4 in with a power supply issue which can be easily fixed. I was told to bring it in. When I did the guy said “oh it’s a PS4 slim. I can’t help you. I don’t diagnose faults and fix them, I just replace the boards”. I could’ve gone online and ordered a replacement psu. What a joke of a “repair” shop if you don’t actually repair pcb/psu’s.Wasted Saturday morning
