Chorki Lodge

Does anyone actually work there?!!?Potentially the worst customer service I have ever received. I made 14 attempts to contact someone at the lodge, it's like they don't want anyone to stay there. Dispite the reviews on the website I would absolutely not recommend Chorki to anyone. With peak season coming up, you would like to think a business in such a prime location would have their communication lines open. I have decided to give my money to another business who is prepared to answer the phone, return voicemails and reply to emails.I hope everyone takes note. Save your time and your hard earned money go somewhere else.

The accommodation itself was good. However the lodge staff have obviously been doing it too long. They were rude and made the stay quite uncomfortable as they watched you like hawks. I woke up daily with a sore back due to the poor bed.I had asked a simple question about if I was allowed to wear shoes inside and this was 5 minutes into my stay. The lodge owner said not unless you wanna clean the whole place up" and I only asked cause i cared. He then told me that there was a sign on the front door. I checked and the sign says "no boots" which I naturally assumed would mean ski boots. Much better places that are affordable and in good locations."

Great to stay but being abused for not skiing into lodge by other lodge users was not acceptable,it's very hard when you have a five year old who's not a confident skier.The weekend turned out great, mother nature didn't disappoint with a great dumping of snow over the weekend, so glad we stayed here....All this said and done definitely book into here.The kitchen is awesome, you'll be cooking up a storm.The rooms are great, comfy and having a spa after a day of skiing is the best,kids can watch there favourite show and parents can relax on the lounge having a few drinks and chat with the other people.They beer-o-meter is a must see and a talking point around the table at anytime of the day.You will not be disappointed as the supermarket is very close and has everything you need.Take the time check out Chorki and book your next stay.:-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)Thanks Marg, Karen and Graeme

Great for families, suitable for small to large groups. Ski in Ski out just perfect.

What an absolute treasure. Had a wonderful weekend away off season. Just a stones throw from everything. Perfect for groups of all sizes. Can't wait to come again during the snow season. Thank you for having us.

* Centrally located. Great views from lounges and balconies. Well furnished kitchen and amenities. Caters for families and singles. Clean and quiet room. Good value destination.

Tried to make contact to book a holiday this upcoming snow season. Never got a reply back. No matter, I've got a great place booked now instead. :)

Always a pleasure to stay with our family, we are returning customers and will continue to do so. Great to ski in and ski out with the kids. Lovely atmosphere, looking forward to returning in a few weeks!

Great lodge. Incredible location. Very comfortable. Friendly members (when we were there). Will be back.

Absolutely shocking. Do not stay here, the staff are rude obnoxious and do not like to co-operate and not helpful. Save your money and don't stay here.
