Peta was amazing. I went in with the intention of purchasing some shrimp. However after a lot of conversation and huge amounts of spot on advice I left with plants and fish better suited to my needs. Honestly could not have asked for better service or advice.

This awesome family owned business is getting better by the day! The store is filled with amazing planted tanks and plenty of accessories. They stock fish and plants that are hard to find elsewhere, anyone interested aquascaping will be glad they made the visit. Ross and the team know their stuff and always make you feel welcome. This is a photo of a Macrostoma betta, just one of the beautiful and not so common fish they have on offer.

Star rating based on location. Drove ages to get there. Followed Google maps. No sign out the front so I wasn’t sure if I was actually at the store. There were signs out the front advertising a coral reef shop, but nothing about Arcy’s Aquariums. Absolutely no parking anywhere. Drove around the entire industrial district and there’s no parking. Terrible location. Had to drive back home and it was a mission to get back on the M1 due to roadworks.

Peta provided fantastic advice and help testing our new tank water and recommending interventions and suitable species that have made our tank thrive!!We're already repeat customers and look forward to many more happy interactions with these guys! I was sold a large fish tank last week in a box. We got the tank home, filled it up and discovered it was leaking. In the bottom corner there was damage to the tank. I contacted the owner, Ross, who accused me of damaging the tank. When I tried to discuss with him on the phone he hung up on me. I would advise strongly against buying from this business as the owner is rude and doesn't abide by consumer law.

I must say a Big thank you to Peta. For the time you spent with us explaining what fish go with each other and helping us purchasing the fish. We plan to go back and purchase more fish in the very near future. The knowledge you showed us Peta was just mind overload. We have to drive for nearly an hour to reach Arcy Aquriums, but it is well worth the drive. Thank you guys really appreciate it. Cheers
