OK… this is going to be long so if you are busy then skip now.My fiancée and I have NO IDEA about jewellery at all… we prefer to travel and are quite absent minded which is not great for longevity of ownership.When the time came to find a ‘special’ ring we really had no idea where to go.We googled about for a while and in the end decided we would hit some of the more ‘known’ jewellers in the city.We have some REALLY good jewellers in Sydney and we saw some really nice rings which gave us an idea of what we were after (though nothing blew us away). The experience felt a little bit at ‘arms length’ in a way and even though the staff were very good and knowledgeable it just felt a little bit like a sale of stock than anything special.It turned out that an old friend’s wife used to be in the game and she mentioned with NO hesitation that we needed to go and see Antonio at Oroginale in Birkenhead.I feel I need to mention again that both of us have NO IDEA when it comes to jewellery but everyone in the shop is extremely nice, sympathetic and understanding and gave some great advice.Then, when Antonio met with us and we started chatting we were a little blown away and, honestly, worried that things might actually be easy.All I can say is that Antonio and the staff just created the perfect ring for us and went truly above and beyond what we expected. We couldn’t be happier… honestly, can’t imagine it. My fiancée doesn’t even mind that people notice the ring in passing (and it is an every day ring… not some giant ‘in-your-face’ mountain of a thing).I still know absolutely nothing about jewellery but I don’t have to, because, if anyone asks I’ll just know exactly where to send them.Thanks Antonio!!!

Oroginale did a fantastic job rebuilding my diamond ring. The diamond was set too high and I wanted it set closer to the side diamonds. They consulted with me for at least twenty minutes and the end product looks 1,000% better. Thank you so much.
