Traveled 4.5 hours to inspect a car after speaking with them and told there was some room for negotiations. The car was very good, as per pics, description etc. The initial intro was friendly but I must say I felt subliminal sales pressure from the outset. I test drove the car and felt a bit as though it was a privilege rather than something anyone purchasing a car would do. Then when it came to offers (my initial and subsequent), and what I thought would be a negotiation process, got stone walled and then insulted by nasty, demeaning comments such as You know its worth that or more" (asking price) and "You know what your going to miss out on". My offers weren't too far off the asking price. VERY disappointing mccustoms. I expected more from you

Nice cars but not a sign of someone wanting to help. But they would get alot of people just looking. Reasonably priced US muscle in Australia.

Nice to see a huge collection of classic cars available for sale, lots of accessories available, on site workshop, dyno. We'll worth the visit.

Fantastic place for that one of a kind car , classic, muscle, pick up , rat rod and custom, great staff whom are very friendly and helpful with any questions. Plenty of parking across the road , a permanent car on display and different cars always coming and going, McDonald's straight across the road for a quick bite.

The team at MC Customs are incredibly friendly and really know their stuff! The new showroom looks amazing! Thanks again for the promo hat!

Fantastic place. You have to come and see some of the amazing cars they have in stock. Sales staff were top notch.
