Excellent course, great content and expert tips on bike skills from Bernie. I completed the course on my own bike and came away with better riding skills and awareness.

ricky is a great instructor,she explains and then shows you how to ride the course and the principles of a motorcycle. if you don't get it right she endeavours to help you get it right.thanks ricky,you taught me right and i would do the course with you over again if need be.

Did the pre-learner course with Bernie and was very happy I did. Very insightful and much needed information and hands on experience to set up for success on the road and for your riding future. I was lucky enough to do my two day learners course with Top Rider on the Gold Coast and found the both the course and staff absolutely fantastic. So much so that I actually bought my first bike from them the day after the course finished.With that positive experience already had, it was a no brainer that I wanted to complete my Open RE with Top Rider also. I have recently moved back to Townsville and was ecstatic to find that Top Rider have a riding school here also and so enrolled to do my course as early as I could, hoping it would be as good as the Gold Coast...I was not disappointed! Top Rider Townsville were every bit as good as Gold Coast and I enjoyed my course thoroughly. The facility used for our course was top notch. I mean, how many people can say the trained on an official Australian V8 supercar track? Our instructor, Bernie, too was incredibly easy to understand and converse with and took his time to not just teach “the course” but also gave us a lot of wonderful riding tips and tools that will go a long way to making me a happy and safer Rider for life.Bernie’s experience, professionalism and personality went a long way to the enjoyment of the course and I left feeling like a more confident and safer Rider than when I arrived.If you are looking at getting your motorcycle licence or upgrading your current license or just want some riding coaching, I would have no problem recommending Top Rider as THE go to riding school both here in Townsville and on the Cold Coast.

Bernie was a great instructor and very knowledgeable, I learnt a lot during this course and would recommend anyone who is considering getting their motorcycle licence go through top rider, you will learn to ride whether you have prior experience or not.

As a new rider, I appreciated the course in May 2020 more most, and it was exactly what I needed to have more confidence when riding. The personal one-on-one direct feedback from a legendary, world-class trainer is something that I'd consider paying twice for! The class finished on time and the paperwork was done before I left.
