Took our guitar in for repair, it has been family owned for more than 50 years and just needed new strings, string tensioner's and a tune. Brad was very helpful and as we are heading down south next week and want to take to pass down to next generation Brad had it ready to collect in good time. Great service. Highly recommend.

The guys at the Guitar Den are legends. You can take your stuff there knowing it's in safe hands, and that they will do the best job possible. They aren't over priced, and don't take forever to get in touch when your stuff is ready to pick up. I'd go back there with any repairs or issues in a heart beat. Very trustworthy group.

Brad really knows his stuff. No big-box" music store here.I bought my 1st Martin guitar from Brad. It was a pre-loved darling of a guitar.I did not know much about Martins but Brad was happy to give me all the information I needed.I have looked online and found that I would have payed the same or more without any of the extras I got from Brad.Extras in the form of knowledge

I dropped my Maton 808 on the concrete..bracings came loose..Brad fixed it and adjusted the action for me..The guitar sounds and plays better than ever.great job.

Took my Martin 000-15 in today for a set up and couldn’t be happier! Experienced very prompt and friendly customer service. These guys clearly care about what they do and it is evident in their work. If you’re after quality work done at a fair price, by people who actually care, then this is the place. Will definitely be returning
