Poor customer service and unsafe design of fuel handles which swivel around and spray fuel

We went up to Caltex Woolworths at about 9.30pm-10pm this evening as We Did Double Checked" that this was open.As we checked prior like any Sane person does.The reason why I can't pinpoint the exact time is it started to rain & I definitely didn't want my new phone drenched

This is hands down the worst Customer Service experience I have ever, ever had. To be treated with arrogant disdain by a cashier who refused to engage with what I was trying to say any level is fundamentally unacceptable. It was very, very. very bad.

Close to where I live, it is just another Caltex Woolworths. Tight space, avoid peak hours, other time generally OK. Price changes were slightly delay compares to the Caltex station nearby.

Quick, easy. Just be careful when exiting onto the busy road.

Went there to buy a coke in the night through the night window. The person inside kept stocking shelves totally ignoring me. Had to wait there for 15 mins or more. He ended up going to the back and every came out. Disgusted.

Comparatively better price fuel at a convenient location. This place also have air pump for the tyres.

Good selection of high quality fuel. Would suggest to think about adding charging point.

Contaminated petrol bought from North rd Murrumbeena petrol station. Effected car immediately, even before I exited. Reported it, and registered the complaint with them. They refused any compensation for damage their premium petrol did to my near new Mercedes. A search online and I found many complaints from customers Australia wide who have bought Caltex Woolworths petrol and it has cost them many $$$$ of damage to their cars. Caltex Woolworths simply say that their petrol stations conduct tests and meet standards. To sue them would cost $$$$ in legal costs and this is what they know will deter you from this path. Beware! I will never buy caltex woolworths petrol again, not even for a cheap car. A big risk and they will not accept responsibility.
