Highly recommend. True personal service.The team at Hearing Innovations is highly professional, friendly and responsive. Access to the clinic is easy with ample parking and ramps which, for us, is essential. Lauren Berkowitz is an outstanding clinician. She seems to have a genuine passion for her work, is incredibly knowledgeable, warm and personable. Lauren’s desire to help her clients is highly evident in the way she interacts with them, paying close attention to their needs and requirements and adjusting the equipment accordingly.I have also been really impressed by Lauren’s incredible knowledge of her clients, their individual needs and her ability to adjust the hearing aids to ensure maximum access to sound for her clients.I have also been really impressed with the follow up experience of the clinic. At times we have needed alternate accessories for the aids and Lauren and the front desk team have ensured we receive these items as soon as possible.

Fantastic caring service, by a group of people who care that you get the right outcome and the best results from your aid. I could not praise them highly enough. I've been going there many years and I'm finding my new Oticon hearing aid particularly good in allowing me to hear and interact with people, highly recommend it along with Hearing Innovations team.
