Barossa Farmers Market
One of the great foody experiences of South Australia. A huge selection of fresh foods and plants, with great coffee and pastries for breakfast.Plenty of parking, easy access and enough to do to stay for hours.

Some really great local produce, but there were a number of empty stalls. Took about 20 mins to walk around and that was stopping to buy produce. Would love to see more food options and stall varieties.

Good range of local goods from organic fruit and veggies locally grown, metwurst, dried fruits, spices, coffee, plants, eggs, fudge and more. Great for breakfast and a short stroll around the stores. Good atmosphere and it’s great to buy breakfast or goods that support local growers and producers.

Great to experience authentic and real when it comes to food and people. First timers from Brisbane and it uniquely Barossa. Bit disappointed there weren’t more stalls, but loved the positive people energy!

I love this farmer’s market. There’s fantastic veal from the Dairy Man, awesome bread from Mehl and a great selection of fresh fruit and veggies as well as a number of other great stalls. Everything is so fresh and there’s a lovely atmosphere too.

Barossa Farmers Market
Busy little market, mostly under cover with a good atmosphere. Variety of fresh produce including fruit and veg, poultry, pork as well as some small goods and a few craft products. Onsite Cafe (our group had mixed views on here, none rated it excellent). Parking was reasonable and we didn't have to walk far. Wheelchair friendly'ish (hard clay gravel carpark, not sure how that will be when wet, good wide isles and concrete floor inside)

Another place to give me a reason why I love Barossa Valley. Nice little shops and lovely surroundings. Unlike other farmer's markets, or Sunday market, this market has more shops for small goods and fine food. They still have fresh vegetables and fruit shops, but more shops are focused on fine food. Eleni bakery is a good example. They have fantastic ciabatta and focaccia bread. I regularly drive to this market once a month for their bread from Adelaide. I also love fruit & veg shop, where they sell delicious Riverland fruits. Good coffee and breakfast are available, too. Most shops are indoors, so very handy even if it is raining in winter. Another benefit of this market is the vinyard next to the carpark. You can see beautiful color in Autumn. A great place to visit all year round, and if you are a tourist in the area, don't miss this market out! Remember this market only opened on Saturday morning.
