Collins Honda Service Centre Sydney

I have been booked for Major service at least a month ago. They knew what has to be done during my booking one month ago. Today I dropped my car there and asked me to wait until evening and now a guy called me and they can't finish today and I have to wait until tomorrow! As this is a business vehicle, keeping car for 2 days is huge loss for me. I'm losing income for 2 days now and going to spend at least 1500 AUD. If they told me that they needs 2 days just for major service then I wouldn't take the car there. This is shame! This is unprofessional!I don't suggest anyone to take the car for service in this centre!

Went there to replace a blown fuse. They called and said it'll be $180Then later, got a text message saying its now $360 due to the extra 30mins they took.Unbelievable! These people will rip you off.

Very impressed by their help over the phone and solved my issue. They even told me to use a local battery provider and didn't suggest I go to them for what ended up just being a new battery needed.

Every experience I've had here has been pretty disappointing. Poor communication, terrible customer service. On several occasions I've asked for the same thing to be fixed, been told it was fixed, only to later realise the same issue was happening. Also was never reimbursed for a hire car I had to organise because they had no loan cars to offer.

One of the staff named Jackie was not welcoming me in a proper way when I arrived. Asked me to scan the QR code then leave his desk without serving me like he was angry at me. Serving your customer without a smile or at least talk nicely. I hate to see someone working with bad attitude and manner. I was skipped by another customer behind me who got served by another staff. The other staff was way nicer.

Not good service. Did not demonstrate any real interest in the customer. Inflexible booking system, wait to be served no customer centric area to wait while service is carried out.

I feel I have been blatantly cheated and lied to by this service centre.In 2014, Collins Honda replaced the started motor in my car. I specifically asked for a genuine Honda starter, and was given their confirmation that's what they installed. I did not expect anything less for the high price of $657.50+GST.Just 37,000kms later, the starter they installed died, and I had it replaced today. I know now that Collins Honda misled me and had a shop down the road to install an aftermarket starter instead. Note that the date on the starter motor and the invoice perfectly match.This appalling degree of misrepresentation reflects very poorly on this Honda authorised service outlet.

One of the reception guys, Shane, is very uninterested and did not relayed my concern with our car. He just need to find some other job if he is not happy on his current one.Anyway, they also didn’t do very well on their service of our car. Replaced a tyre with our spare. Just very poor communication. They normally call us for come concerns before doing some stuff but they didn’t. Just very unsatisfactory. Won’t go back there anymore.
