I visited Paintwurx Paint Place Moss Vale yesterday and spoke to Shawn about matching an existing painted wall that I need to touch up. Shawn went above and beyond, spending a fair bit of time to get the new paint spot on with the existing paint. I was very impressed with Shawn’s level of service and expertise and also with the finished product.

Worst advice given for the paint on our floor! We requested compensation for the misleading information (that even the paint companies agreed should not have been sold to us) substandard products ( not suitable for the job) and the massive amount of time and effort having to scrape and strip back ALL our floors and start again. We received a refund for the paint (the least they could do) This was the final response from the owner....This matter is closed.We will not be assisting in any further compensation."Love the the way this mob run their business."

Moss Vale Paintwurx Paint Place is the place you don't want to go, unless you want the wrong paint and advice given to you.The owner of Paintwurx Paints in Moss Vale had given a painter of mine the wrong colour paint, and another friend had been given the wrong 2 pack paint combination, that made her new applied bathroom paint bubble upShe went back to him, and the owner just abused her and would not admit he was wrong. Blamed her for being a woman and not knowing how to paint.
