I definitely recommend Charles and his team! I phoned Next Generation and Charles answered the phone straight away. I needed to replace the lock on the front door and Charles said he would call over after lunch, which he did. Nothing was too much trouble, we discussed which lock was the best to use and he then went and grabbed it and installed the new lock. Keyed alike my other doors and cut extra keys. He also offered to fix the speed of the door closer. So happy with the service!!!!!

Grandmother had locked herself out of her bathroom with no way in. I had called these guys on a public holiday weekend and they were so helpful. They were out to us in 10 minutes and had fixed the problem very quickly. Very great service from these guys

We needed locks replaced for our new home for peace of mind. Cant fault them. Prompt response. Friendly. Well presented. I handed them the bunch of keys we were given & they reduced it down to 3 (1 for the all the main locks, 1 for windows & 1 for the rollerdoor). Cheers Tim & Charles.

I called in the morning as my cars ignition wouldn’t turn over. Got a quick call back and had the new key made and ignition barrel changed the very same day! Prompt service and great value, would definitely recommend!

My husband lost our car key during our stay at Wagga Wagga, I was really worried, luckily we got the number of Next Generation Locksmith and contacted them. Charles and his partner came early in the morning and had a new key done for us for a reasonable price after an hour. We are really appreciate their quick and friendly service so we were able to be on the road without any delay. They are really nice and I really recommend their services if you are in need but hopefully no one lost their car key like us.
