My Yoga Nidra and counselling sessions with Meg were truly transformational. After seeing a few different psychologists in the past, I was able to connect with Meg's therapy on both an intellectual and spiritual level. A nurturing and gentle environment was provided while Meg's guided meditations assisted me to release deep trauma. I have had great results, from improved health to general fulfilment. Both Meg and the Yoga Nidra practice comes highly recommended!

Cracker of a plane. Snagged a seat outside in the sun. Great service very busy place but worth the wait. Food was amazing
