Do not use this company.We are landlords and are fed up with the lack of communication and poor customer service. Zero follow- just automated incorrect billing and bullying debt collection letters for no reason. Call up and told to email. Email no response. Trapped in an ongoing cycle of hell with no human responses.

I am an owner-occupier who has been dealing with this company for four years and would not recommend them to anyone. Every dealing I have had with them has been difficult, I have had to follow up again and again, been given wrong information and have had to contact the main office in Brisbane just to get anything to happen. Exceptionally poor service and I would change to another company if possible

took 10 weeks to get a simple email reply from their so called manager Sonia Gauvin. Do NOT touch their business with a 10 foot pole, pathetic service, they abviously do not want any new business

I am a owner occupier and BCS are the WORST body corp you could deal with, they don’t answer your calls and when they do they don’t get back to you, I have unresolved items from a GM 2 years ago, do yourself a favour and go for a more reputable firm.The only reason I haven’t is because we only consist on 5 units which is too small for the larger firms.

I rent there they don't care about renters. For the second long weekend I've had no TV reception for 4 days. This problem has never been addressed and everything has been done on the cheap. Stay clear.
