Not bad as Dine In, but we ordered via Deliveroo last night and it was pretty average. This is the regular chips as delivered, basically half full, cold and dry. Burger was reasonable but cold. Not going to order delivery again.

The burger was delicious but the price you pay to make it a meal is ridiculous. I won't be in a hurry to return when there are better options out there.

Do not recommend. Went there this evening, there were 3 total tables occupied with 2 people at each and it took 40 minutes to get our food out, and they forgot the drinks. I could’ve gone to Woolworths next door and cooked my own burgers and it would’ve taken less time. Staff were ignorant of the red stick on the table and did not even greet us. Staff in the food preparation area seemed to not have a care in the world wondering around more focused on chatting than getting the food ready. Another table complained about their food taking so long and they were told ‘it just needed to be put together’ after 40 minutes of waiting, there isn’t much more to do to a burger than cook chicken then put it together. The burger buns came out cold and crunch with limited salads. The outdoor area was getting packed away whilst we were seated out there at 7pm, when the opening hours state they are open until 10pm. Poor service and below quality meal.

We were the only customers for over half an hour, the three staff were just standing behind the counter and almost all of the tables in the restaurant were dirty and needed to be wiped down. Had to walk around and make sure the chairs didn’t have food on them also.Great food and good service, the seating area was really gross to dine in with nothing cleaned.

We popped to Grill'd The Willows (Townsville) today and were greated by a trainee - She was absolutely delightful - amazing and provided really wonderful service ! We so want to wish her well .... the food was amazing as always !!!
