Both of my teenage kids train regularly with John and have for over a year. He has made a huge impact on their development as young athletes. His focus on growth mindset, mindfulness and nutrition in addition to weights and rugby training has been very helpful. My daughter does the Rugby Academy with Maurice and has seriously loved the training. They have also both done the holiday camps, which are fantastic. I can't recommend the Ksquared boys enough!

Amazing team..Ksquared has helped my son Luka develop his passing, sprinting, and hand eye coordination skills.. we have definitely notice a difference in his game. Wether it’s league or touch or any other sport for that matter. He has improved so much since training with Johnee and Maurie. I would highly recommend these boys for sure!!!

My 11 yr old son has been having weekly 1:1 sessions with John for over 6 months. The sessions have not only (greatly) improved his technique but his mindset & attitude towards all aspects of life including sleep & nutrition. My son looks forward to seeing John each week. John has had a huge positive impact on him and has helped him view life & scenarios through another lens and with a growth mindset. My son will often reference John throughout the week, taking the advice & applying it to all areas. I highly recommend John.

Ksquared sport style is hands down the best in the business! I have dealt with John and Morry from Ksquared sports style for over 10 years now. They have been such a great help in perfecting my workouts and teaching me the correct techniques both in the gym on the paddock. Not only have the boys helped me in the gym but they have guided me in the right direction to create the right mindset both in training and most importantly in life. I always look forward to being in there presence, as the wisdom and knowledge that they possess in the industry is second to none. Highly recommend!!!

My teenage son who has been doing 1:1 sessions with Maurice has enjoyed his training so far and has more sessions to come, cant wait! His attitude towards training has changed and he is more confident in himself and the sessions have helped him see his potential. Awesome coach, highly recommend.

The guys at K Squared have helped my son physically and mentally.Keeping him fit and focused helps with his other trainings, game day and every day life. His skill level has also increased since training with K Squared.He always looks forward to his sessions!
