Great new car sales people. I had been to another ford dealer nearby and had no luck. had a chat to Louis in the sales department and did me a great deal on a new ranger. Very helpful and professional. Not pushy at all and all for the right priceService dept is great. Great job, great service, friendly and good price. Really recommend these guys

Amazing! So much help! The employees are amazing! Had a damaged tail shaft on way to uluru from Sydney. Started playing up in Stawell pulled into here and they were able to fix first thing in the morning! ❤️ couldn't thank them enough!!!!! Thanks again!

Driving back to Melbourne over New Years and had all sorts of warning lights and power issues with my 4WD. Tried a lot of mechanics, they were all closed. Dale and team to the rescue. Had the issue diagnosed and sorted within 40 minutes at a very reasonable price. Nothing was too much trouble, and mechanic (Tim I think his name was), took the time to explain the issue in detail. Thanks again Norton Ford, lifesavers!!
