Solve It Plumbing
We had an emergency leak at our water meter stop tap at our home in Berwick. I needed someone to fix it. I called Byron and he explained everything to me and told me exactly what I needed to do. He informed me that it was a SE Water issue and I should ring them and they will fix it. It was so good to get an honest trades person who didn't try to make a sale instead he just wanted me to get the best help I can get. It was Saturday morning by the way. I rang SE Water and they are on their way. Thank you Byron for your honesty and help. I will call you next time I need a plumber. Gerard

Byron came to install a sink tap at my property. I purchased the tap and kept it ready for him to install prior to him coming. He came and told me the tap I bought was not of good quality. He recommended be to buy another tap and said he is happy to come another day to install it without charging us for the day! He came on a Sunday and installed it! I appreciate your recommendation and advice Byron! Will definitely use your services again.

I called Byron at 5.15 pm. He respond my call and said within 45 minutes he will come our premisses. Exactly six o'clock he was in front of our house.We don not have any clue about the issue. But he sove it. Finally draw the diagram and explain everything well. Really professional service and reasonable price.A+ service

Byron was very knowledgeable and professional in his approach to solving our plumbing problems. It was not an easy fix given the difficulty in accessing the water and gas pipes under the house, yet Byron was able to work around this to achieve an outstanding result. We would have no hesitation in recommending Solve it plumbing and will certainly be using their services in the future.

In today's world it is so refreshing to find an honest, trustworthy tradie who wants to provide the right solution rather than trying to upsell. Byron and Cal were professional, overcame complications, well priced, went the extra mile, explained everything in detail. Attention to detail and so knowledgeable. So happy to now have a great plumber to contact for all my future plumbing needs.
