We ordered two custom journals and they are incredible - we couldn't be happier. Simon was easy to deal with and is very talented. High quality materials used.

The product provided varied wildly in appearance from what was ordered and this business has no interest in addressing the issue or even changing their process to inform customers that this may be the case. Completely ignored emails and communications about it.

I signed on for a couple of the binding workshops and both times was *NOT* disappointed. With all materials being supplied with easy to follow instruction direct from the master, I was able to make two excellent books by hand that I use at every opportunity. (One of which you can see in the attached pictures) In short extremely satisfied with the services provided.
