I recently purchased a Bluetooth speaker and the sales lad was one of the most knowledgeable and courteous people I have ever met. I have previously bought other items from him and found him exactly the same - HE is the reason I shop for electrical items in Big W. Obviously a person who loves his job but unfortunately he'll be offered more money and be poached by rivals. Big W is extremely fortunate to have someone of this calibre, offer him a pay rise to ensure his qualities remain.

Worst customer service ever 3 times in this store from front counter staff latest being this afternoon! main click and collect lady always provides great service, unfortunately we won't return purely from the 3 bad experiences I'll take the 40 minute drive to kmart..

This was what you would expect from a big chain store. Plenty of parking and good service. The store is laid out well and the aisles are spacious. There were plenty of things on sale too. We had some film developed and they did a great job and the guy who served us was super friendly. There is good security at the store and the staff were efficient and friendly

Usual range of Big W merchandise.Plenty of free parking close to entrance.Well set out.Only one check out in operation while always leads to delays.Yes they prefer you serve yourself saving them wages and inconvenience of answering questions about products.Apart from Electronic section virtually no staff on the floor.One assistant in returns,service & lay bye only.Usually a small but comprehensive garden section that turns up good quality bulbs & plants.The tomato's were reduced to half price but as the photo shows they should grow to maturity well.
