The Good Guys Cannington

I don’t know about products but won’t buy anymore from here. don’t trust their delivery. Waiting for delivery since the morning and no updates. They cannot tell the specific time but at least they need to be true. They said will deliver today, asked friends for help, even borrowed hand trolley for today and they say now they cannot deliver. We cannot spend whole day whole weeks just for them to deliver the fridge. All frozen foods are useless by now. Even called to make sure they will deliver or not and they say yes. Clearly give the information what to do and which contact number to call for delivery. Friends suggested not to buy from good guys, just didn’t listen to experience the bad experience. Improve your delivery service or don’t add delivery service and waiting time is too long if you have to phone them. Forget to see review before making a pre-purchase.

The store staff are fabulous but the wait time for the warehouse is NOT.We waited half an hour at 11.30am for one item we could have had in store but were told it'd be a 5 minute wait. There was only one car ahead of us. Honestly get your service centre together this is the worst we've experienced.

Now a day The Good Guys this place doesn’t do much match price like before long time ago. Not recommend. Harvey Norman is the best place I recommend.

When I go retail shopping I am there for the same reason as everyone else. But.. not to be asked about changing gas companies or telcos for some piffy store credit when checking out an appliance. However I was happy with my $2 product discount , as hey its the little things and this was little. Staff were very nice. For me its a 55% chance of returning

Ordered a fan and took it home ASAP to set it up only to find out it was used and was missing an component.After returning the item and speaking to the employees they provided excellent customer service and even solved my issue. Would definitely rate higher if it wasn’t for the fact I had to come back.The staff are really welcoming, friendly and helpful which made my shopping visit more pleasant.

When you leave a store feeling rude for asking for service at the sales counter, there is something wrong with customer experience here. No wonder shoppers are ditching bricks and mortar stores for online, when you get ignored by the very people you're supporting in store, it's pretty understandable.We went to return a faulty kitchen appliance. Left the original at the counter, told the guy we'd be a few mins to get another. He then ignored us when we returned to the counter (with a toddler). He was serving others, so we waited a while, which was OK. He then proceeded to serve someone who'd clearly come after us and I said excuse me we were next" at least 3x (being completely ignored) before having to yell "oi" to get some attention. Then he fobbed us off that someone else had to do it (which he clearly could have told us in the first place)

Today I went with my parents to this store and met with Serge . He is the best . Serge helped us choosing the right hand mixer. My parents and I are really happy with the purchase. I really love and appreciate Serge's calm and beautiful customer service. He has got a pleasing customer service . Though the product we ended up choosing was the nutribullet hand mixer which was not available in cannington store. Serge assured us that It will be there in Cockburn store. We finally purchased it from Cockburn store but my parents and I cannot forget the beatiful personality of Serge.
