People consistently park in the striped area adjacent to the disabled car park. That is a no parking zone. Some disabled people require a large area to get out and again get into their car. They need to be able to open their door wide. There are plenty of parks for them to use. They are purely lazy because it is closest to the kiosk.Council needs to put a bollard in front of this area to prevent inconsiderate people parking there.The toilets are not wheelchair accessible either.
