Medical Imaging Erina

I can fault this place in any which lovely receptionist and very caring… the next goes to the ct scan people and injections very professional also a big shout out to Dr Cook don’t you ever retire you spot on,perfect,and gentle…. Thank you to that team……Would highly recommend…Jenny Griffiths .

As we live near Wyong, I initially rang an imaging centre closer to home (one of the multiple branch ones) to make an appointment for my husband to have a scan. I was told by a very rude woman at this other mob that the earliest appointment was in ten days time and that it would not be covered by Medicare. Even though it was not urgent for my husband to have the scan, I rang Medical Imaging at Erina and the lady I spoke to could not have been more helpful and offered a choice of several appointment times for two days later. As neither my husband or I are on any sort of pension, we were prepared to pay if needs be, but the lady at Medical Imaging said it was all covered by Medicare. The fact that my husband was able to have the scan done within a couple of days and, as a bonus, was covered by Medicare, was well worth the one hour round trip for us to go to Medical Imaging Erina, plus the staff are very caring and professional.

First appointment I ever made here, I made for a Friday and had to take a day off work for it (I wanted a Friday because who doesn't want to take a Friday off) just to show up for my appointment and have them tell me I was actually booked in for the Thursday and I missed my appointment. I took a day off work, drove half n hr, and then had to wait a further few hours for them to squeeze me in later that day due to their error. I was never contacted about my 'missed appt' either..I then had ultrasounds done and they were very unsure with what they were seeing and I had to go back into to the room twice to get seen. After this I was told by a specialist to see go somewhere else that has better practice and experience with this specific region.Also, once I received my ultrasound images, they were in someone else's envelope, completely different name address and DOB. That is bad for a medical place and my envelope with my personal details on it probably went to someone else. Staff may be nice enough but too many mistakes. Better off paying for a quality service..

These people know nothing about respectAnd they too rude and they r not even close from not bad. I advise everyone to go somewhere else even if its cost money..Shame on you.

Took my 92 year old Nan...P Holmes....this place is not elderly friendly, she went in for an injection in her back and came out with a broken arm from being forced to straighten it to fit in the machine, we would of chosen not to have it, if we knew this would happen...receptionist wouldnt let her sit down on arrival...absolutely disgusting service! Stay away!

I give minus 20 out of 10 for Medical Imaging at Erina Fountain Plaza. Today my mother was picked up by a nice Aged Care worker to take her to this place after making bookings through them to have her knees injections done at 2pm this afternoon and tomorrow. For some reason their employee has told my mother and her nicest aged care driver that my mother had no bookings on their system, when I actually spoke to a female last Tuesday and made these bookings for today and tomorrow. I was also given their email address to email my mother's referrals which they have on their system. Today's weather was absolutely terrible, pouring rain and colder, so Medical Imaging employee told my mother and her wonderful aged Care driver to go to another one. I received a call from this nice Aged Care driver who i advised i have sent this business my mother's referrals while another Imaging called them. Someone from Medical Imaging Erina Plaza at 18A/148-158 advised this nice lady who called them that my mother was booked in for her knees' steroid injections at 2pm today and tomorrow. I was absolutely devastated for an 84 yo including her nice age care driver to be turned away. The staff members at this business have become so arrogant and unprofessional, they are all very rude and have no telephone manners, i could hear them puffing and carrying on with angry manners. Please do not attend this business anymore. Very rude and aggressive staff members except doctors. They need customer services training.

I always go to Medical Imaging Erina to have my scans done. The ladies at reception are very kind, helpful and professional. The waiting area is nice as it has big windows and lots of natural light coming in. My appointments are also prompt and running on time. The lady who did my scan was also very lovely and professional. My scans were bulk billed as well, which I was not expecting so I was delighted to know that I did not have a big fee to pay :)

Horribly rude receptionist and management.I went in un aware that I needed to send a medical exception ahead of my appointment, no one informed me of that apon booking.After I stated I had a medical exemption and can not wear a mask I was treated like a trouble maker by the manager.I did the rat test they forcefully requested and was still death stared by the receptionists.The radiographer however was lovely, I can not fault her, she did her best to calm my tears after being treated so poorly by the front staff.They certainly need some education on how to treat patients who may have special needs.

Came here for an X-ray recently and had a great experience! The staff were all lovely and a big Thankyou to the whole team during a very stressful time especially the girls that helped with my scan :)

BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BOOK. Booked and confirmed an appointment which I was travelling over half an hour to get to and had taken time of work to attend for them to say 'oh your appointment was actually yesterday' no apologies, had to hang around the area for another 3 hours to for another appointment. I did not make the mistake as I had to tell work I was very careful and specific when booking it. Won't be back because I don't have time for these stuff ups.
