I cannot stress enough my unwavering happiness with this company and specifically my builder Adam Dorey. I’m not usually one to review things but the service I’ve received my entire experience has been incredible. Very quick responses, they listen to everything you ask and never make you feel like you don’t have options. The support is astounding and I will forever be grateful that I chose this builder. If I could give more stars I would.

They are professional went over and beyond to help us with all areas to purchase our house and land. Builders beware. Not even 3 years into this and I've gotten nowhere in terms of Affordable Living fixing damages caused by faulty water pipes. I've had to go through our insurance to fix things despite it falling under the new home warranty. I'm out alot of money because of these people. They will lie straight to your face and not answer emails with concerns. I'm having to take legal action due to their violation of warranty terms. The staff are unhelpful and rude to say the least. The moment they get your money they will do everything they can to avoid you. DO NOT BUILD WITH THESE PEOPLE.

We received the keys yesterday to our house. We cannot thank the company enough for what it means for us to be in our own home. We had Clive lorton at the start who went above and beyond to get everything processed and done as quick as possible. Cathy and Wes in the Bulding side always got back to us whenever we had a query straight away. My son is building his first house…Has taken 3 years so far……still waiting to move in…. No one can give him information as to when it will be… no one returns his calls….
