Had an issue with a smart doorbell not connecting to my Wi-Fi and not charging. The support team was excellent, communication was prompt and they even helped lodge my complaint on line as my web browser was having issues. Product was returned and I got the replacement back within a week. Working perfectly now. I will be adding more of this companies products into my home.

After spending over 2 weeks attempting to get a major Korean electronics firm to replace an appliance that was faulty from the get go, I was left wondering whatever happened to customer service and the phrase 'the customer is king'. I wonder no more as I found that ethos is alive and well based on my dealings with this firm. Fast courteous responses to my enquiries supported by a can do attitude. Not only are their quality products competitively priced but competently supported by the company. I heartily recommend you consider their products even if the brand is not yet known to you.

Useless support. Phone number keeps saying 4" and can't get through to anyone. Email support is useless too. All I needed to do was swipe up to go to apps drawer

Terrible communication and terrible product. I purchased wifi downlight and have been flickering. I’ve been advised I’d need to also buy a transformer if I want them to work correctly - something not advertised when purchasing and if it was, I would have purchased a product which didn’t require this. I followed the process of asking for a refund and have not any any communication after a week of waiting. Purchasing a low quality item is annoying but poor communication is inexcusable.

I own a BLU BD-3000 DVD player made by Laserco. This DVD player has a number of inherent flaws that no one at Laserco are able to fix. When I watch a DVD and go to the special features to play the special features, if I don't hit play within 5 seconds of going to the special features, then I get a message saying the disc is damaged and the drawer on the DVD player opens. This DVD player has some good features, a 3 year warranty for a machine that's cost $99 is excellent but this flaw is in all these DVD players I've owned now which is 2 or 3.

I was unable to connect my new LED smart bulbs to the Amazon Alexa app. When I contacted support they persevered until the problem was solved. Their communication and response times were great... and the lights work well too! Highly recommended.

After my experience with Laser support i would not hesitate to give a 5 star rating of my dealings with this company. I contacted their Support & warranty section & their response was first class. I bought a Laser DVD player after my second hand AKAI DVD/VCR stopped working properly. It has been a reliable appliance.Then I bought a Laser CD player with AM/FM Radio.Eight days ago I had to buy a replacement remote. My experience with Laser's customer service department was good. They had the item I needed. After I placed my order there was regular communication. I was told when the item had been shipped, and when it would arrive at my address. I just received it a few minutes ago. The item works perfectly. No problems with it whatsoever.I had a good experience with Laser. I will definitely purchase their products in the future.
