Pagnian Advanced Simulation

For the last 2 months I would have had email interactions with Zac, no less than twice weekly, as we attempted to work through multiple issues with my racing sim set up. During this time throughout all of my interactions with Zac he has been very understanding, extremely patient and incredibly supportive as we attempted to isolate individual components in order to resolve the issues I was experiencing. Zac’s, level of customer service was absolutely outstanding and his ongoing commitment to go on this tumultuous journey with me unbelievably reassuring.Being so far away (I reside in Perth) it would have been easy to provide me with less support however Zac has guaranteed that I will continue to be a repeat customer of Pagnian Advanced Simulation, who will speak even more highly of the Pagnian team, the high quality of the products you stock, the information provided and ongoing commitment to support you customers to ensure that the products work.I have been impressed with my previous customer interactions with the Pagnian team however Zac’s ongoing commitment to remotely support me needs to be acknowledged and commended. As a manager myself, I was impressed with his exceptional customer service skills – I’d have an entire team of Zac’s if I could – and I’d consider him a valuable asset to the business.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how amazing the customer service at Pagnian has been, I placed an order for an F-GT Elite 160 with a few accessories, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Badder who has been absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. The whole process has been great and I can't wait to receive the cockpit!! I have 100% confidence that if there were any issues they would be rectified no questions asked and quickly. 10/10 service!

I would like to start by saying what a pleasure it's been dealing with James, Went above and beyond to help me find a seat replacement for my GTpro after 8 years of the initial purchase. The level of customer service and amounts of follow-up with updates and information has been overwhelming and amazing at the same time. The team helped me quickly get back into Iracing and weekend cup.I can't thank Pagnian and James enough for the help. As I don't know any company that care as much as these guys.

Finally got off my new gttack cockpit long enough to do this quick review.First and foremost this package was a two person lift that went from Southport QLD to Rocklea in Brisbane then to my doorstep in Perth WA in 6 days 2 of which was a weekend. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!!! Thank you so much to all concerned. If you are reading this and unsure about their products please don't be, my cockpit is top notch, adds so much realism to sim racing. Thanks again from one very very happy Retired Veteran.

Like many glowing reviews before, Another amazing interaction with the support team at Pagnian show why people keep coming back. They were amazing at resolving a warranty claim with Zac handling all communication with the vendor and arranging a full replacement of my DD base & wheel.. Zero issues and nothing but results. On top of that another support person, Badder, was happy to arrange a second replacement product after the courier company managed to lose it. These guys put customer service front and center and it shows.Thanks for being awesome and showing those larger companies how it should be done.I certainly wont be looking for sim gear anywhere else but here.

Recently purchased moza wheel base and wheel unfortunately the base was dead on arrival but the team looked after it straight away shipping out a new unit and then helped with troubleshooting to get it working

After looking at buying a secondhand race sim, I decided to purchase a brand new one from Pagnian. I looked on their website and chose out what I wanted, 3 days later it was delivered to my door in Victoria. Really pleased how smoothly it all was and how quick it arrived. Thank You
