Deceptively big place with more stuff than you'd expect just looking at the front of the building. Been in a few times to look around or buy some well-priced clothes/shoes. The last time I was in, the staff helpfully rifled through boxes to find the right size that they didn't yet have out on the shelf, they were friendly and very happy to help!

Do not scold customers for being in your store at 4:45pm and angrily stating that ‘you close in 2 minutes’It is 15 minutes, actually.Do not take your anger out on customers. Whoever was on shift here on Wednesday 17 May 2023 really needs to be spoken to about this unacceptable behaviour.

What a lovely surprise, I came in store on Friday and purchased shoes and was served by Linda J, she was very helpful, explained details for signing up and was informative and friendly (not like some) it was a pleasure to have such SERVICE, thank you Linda. Much appreciated, and I know the two before me were happy with her SERVICE! Well done.

ok so where do you start. Online says there is stock, go to the store they say they’ve never stocked the line. Choose something else and you are told how much they are, go to pay and you can’t get that price unless you register and give your private data :-(. Want to return an item, no returns given only a store credit. Look on google for a closing time says 4.30, get to the door at 4.14 and shop is closed with a new closing time of 4.15. Get this one purchase sorted and I will never shop there again, lesson learned!

I went in looking for something in particular. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by the staff member and she let me know the current specials and to let her know if I needed any help. I like this store as it's a good size and has a great range of products.

You learn pretty quick why this place is always dead. Can't order in shoes in the size you need. When trying to purchase as a gift, no refunds. Only store credit or exchange. Not helpful when they cant order in the right size in the first place and you just want to let someone try them on for christmas. Horrible store and store policies.

Went into Rivers MtBarker looking for a present for a friend, there range is very diverse and quite large. From footwear to clothing and every thing in between. I stayed in the shop for quite some time, found the staff only to pleased to assist, and very pleasant to all to. Must return as the pricing looked good to me.
