Pawan and Solar run Frankston installed a 5kw system for me in December 2021 in Geelong. A double storey install and his team completed a very neat, tidy and professional install on time and without hassle or issues. The system is generating excess of what I expected it to and is going to service my family for many years to come.Pawan handled everything seamlessly and was honest and open with analysis on a 5kw, 10kw and battery systems, given our usage, along with managing my confusion with our unusual dual phase connection.I have only good things to say about my experience, and would expect anyone reading this would experience the same when getting solar with him. I would like to thank the team at Solarun for a professional instal being very cautious I ask to meet the installer before signing. Once we meet I was more than confident to proceed and even booked in extra work to be completed they did all of this cleanly friendly and professionally.It is just on 12 months now and as we are with AGL for Electricity and Gas the credits produced have more than covered both bills. Shopped around for a quote and got a few back from different companies. All same old this system is the best blah blah. Talking about personal life to make you like them more. Then got a call from Pawan at solar run. Straight to the point. Very well priced quote compared to others and he arranged the system to be installed within the week. my installation is done Nov 2020,Solar Run Frankston quoted 11.1kw system where as all other companies was quoting 6.66kw. After my one o one meeting with Rohit,he explained why I need bigger system.he explained that in winters the smaller system will not be able to fulfill my house requirement and future proof me whenever I buy battery as it needed to recharge the battery even in winters where as smaller system cannot.Till date ,I have paid $0 electricity bill instars sitting in. Credit of $360.
