These peeps are just awesome. I've used them for compost and soil which has made my vege patch sing. Also got some recycled road base to fix the driveway. They have great customer service and are happy to interact online for those of us who hate phone calls. Highly recommend!

I bought their North Coast Mix Firewood and it appeared NOT well seasoned. I complained to them about it and Tom went out of his way to discuss the problems with me an provide me with some extra firewood as compensation. This contrasts with the treatment I got from Shantana when I had a bad load of firewood from them several years ago and was simply told that 'nobody else had complained' (I note that Shantana has changed ownership in the intervening period, so maybe they are now a bit more customer focussed - I wouldn't know as I have not bought from them since that bad experience).I have given them LMLS 4 stars because they did do their best to rectify the problem, but they would have needed to provide a good product in the first place to get 5 stars from me .

Recently ordered a truckload of sandstone and mulch from Lower Mountains. The stone was absolutely beautiful. Can't thank Chris and the people at Lower Mountains enough for their help - they definitely go above and beyond, and will do everything they can to help out. Brilliant business. Have been buying from them for years, and will continue for many years to come.

I got a half a ton of sand and it did not fill a small otto bin (250l) They say it is correct and kept changing there story. I call it stealing. Avoid them at all cost.

This is the second year I have ordered firewood from Lower Blue Mountains Landscape Supplies. Their service from order placement to delivery is excellent. The firewood is dry and well seasoned and burns long and hot. I have used a number of suppliers over the years but now I have a supplier whose product is great and is reasonably priced.

Im getting back into gardening and emailed the other night to query about the veggie soil mix. Next morning I got a reply and 4h later was delivered to my door. So quick!!! Will get more when i need a top up.

I ordered some premium top soil for my lawns 2 weeks ago the quantity was perfectly calculated. Within a week of spreading it on my lawns and watering it in my lawns look the best they have ever looked. Same day delivery tooThanks guys
