I've been a client to Mycare Physiotherapy for 2 years now and have never once left the clinic with not being satisfied. Practioner Stephen provided a great environment and simplified complex injuries in a seamless manner. I would highly recommend.

I came here seeking treatment for my chronic lower back pain after a recommendation from a friend. Stephen was my physio and helped alleviate a lot of the pain I was suffering. I would definitely recommend as Stephen provided terrific treatment and was very knowledgable about the issues I was facing.

Super happy with care and service from Lily at myCare physio. I feel like she looks after my daughter as a whole person not just her symptoms caused by a curved spine. From the beginning her friendly and cheerful personality made my daughter feel very relaxed and comfortable. She takes time to really listen and understand and has been working with my daughter to develop a program that suits her and in stages as her strength builds. She also provides pain relief for my daughters condition with massage and acupuncture.

I have been getting treatment from Lily for chronic shoulder, neck and back issues and would highly recommend her. She is always friendly, good at her job and gives good guidance on what you can do at home to help between sessions. I have seen several therapists at Mycare and have found them all to be very good.

I went to MyCare for my chronic ankle issue and Sam did dry needling on my ankle. It helped reducing ankle pain. He also taught exercise to strengthen muscles around my ankle. I'm going to have another treatment with Sam next week. SAM is the best physio :) Highly recommended.

Lily Cheng performed a miracle with my 77yr old mother who couldn't walk without the aid of her walking stick when she came for a holiday from overseas.Lily addressed both physical and mental sides by not only giving her carefully curated exercises that she could by herself but also helping immensely to lift her confidence which by far was the biggest barrier in her way to walking on her own.Lilly's approach was gentle and adapted to my mother's needs. It was amazing to see the impact of her physio sessions. My mother could confidently walk without the aid of her walking stick. Not only that, she was provided other tools to assist in her daily mobility like getting up from seated position and from bed.I highly recommend Lily Cheng to anyone looking for a physio for their elderly parents. It's never too late to get some independence and confidence back for your parents.
