Repco Byford

Absolutely atrocious! I have visited 3 times now. At each visit, the customer service attendant made it very clear that he didn't want to be there, let alone help. And each time, the item was not in stock, despite having shown up online for that specific store. Waste of time trying to find/purchase products from this store.

Was served by a very abridging young lady, but unfortunately, they did not have what I required.

Hubby rang to see if they had certain spark plugs. They had them and gave us a price. I was impressed that when I went to pick them up they had them ready and waiting. Awesome!

Well situated in central byford. I personally would prefer a few more experienced staff on the floor. Nothing worse than being told no we don't sell that only to find it on the shelves

Fantastic customer service every time I've been. Smaller size store but have heaps of room for the parts you need.

Great store amazing staff

Repco Byford has lost my business , the staff constantly don't know what they are talking about , and are constantly wrong about what they have in stock. Just got told the service kit I need , not one Repco in all of Australia has in stock that they will have to special order it from their suppliers over east . I was told the same last time I serviced my truck . Yet when I went in when their older male staff member was working he not only knew what I needed but also said they had a few in stock ... This being the same day I was told by another staff member that not one Repco had it in stock I all of Australia... Wat a joke . Sorry Repco byford I have given u to many chances and u let me down again and again.
