Bought some $140 shoes. Sole came apart within two weeks. Woman at head office was very rude. Unpleasant shopping experience. Wouldn't recommend.

Worst return policy on sale items. Low quality shoes for the price. Very unhappy with my shopping experience. Rude and arrogant customer service. Wasted 119$. Not going back at all costs.

Staff were lovely and friendly. Got home to try my shoes on again, too find I had 2 different sizes. I live an hour and a half’s drive from the closest store. Very disappointed

The service in Canberra centre is so amazing and makes my shopping experience very happy. They tried different ways and took time to find the right size for me even in a very busy Black Friday time. Highly recommend!

My wife has over time has purchased 5 pairs of shoes from the Jo Mercer store Canberra. On each occasion she has been absolutely delighted with the service and choice of quality shoes available. As we are both just in our sixties we find on occasion we are a generation usually ignored when shopping but not in this store the staff are always attentive.
