Craignish Pharmacy

Staff at this pharmacy are lovely. I’d been there once and they remembered my name. I’m a pretty forgettable person at the best of times, but they’re kind, friendly and professional. Even if they didn’t have in stock something I wanted, it didn’t take them long at all to order it and have it ready in store. I would highly recommended supporting this small but delightful business. They’re a lovely team. Thank you.

We went in as my friend had 2nd degree burns on her face, as the cashier ‘Shayla’ looked up she proceeded to laugh in my friends face, the staff told her to not be rude, she then proceeded to walk away and snicker some more… it was very unfortunate for my friend whom was very self conscious already… I have two stars as the other staff were lovely and very respectful, I would have liked to put more stars out of respect for them but the overall experience was very uncomfortable.

Just awesome service! They even deliver if you are in a bind (have COVID, mobility issues, etc.) And the friendliest of staff :)

So..... Got a appointment for a covid shot, got apointment card from staff, turned up for apointment to be told there was no booked time, from the who gave us the card, rebooked for the next day for 4.30, got a sms that night as a reminder for 3pm apointment, called the next day to correct it, so it matched our booked time and what was written in the card. We got there at 4.15, had the shot, was waiting the time after, and told couldn't wait in the hallway of the doctors surgery, that was closed, and the doors were open and peged back, we were there as physically couldn't fit in the pharmacy along with the other 6 people waiting in there, so we're standing in the doorway then and told to move again, it was physically impossiable unless we sat on someone's lap on the 2 chairs, not to mention physical distancing which was also impossible. The pharmist given the shots was all good he was a nice guy. Rest of the staff not so much. Overall very poor experience. Will avoid in the future at all costs. I am not one for poor reviews also, I think this is my second one ever. I generally don't bother when it's bad, I make a point to give one when it's good, but I couldn't let this one slide.

Absolutely brilliant pharmacy. Very friendly and reliable staff a fantastic home delivery service to local area. They are exceptionally helpful with scripts and making sure that we are up to date with all our medications. We as a family could not compliment or recommend them more highly. Best pharmacy we have ever used.

Great pharmacy…. my mum and I both love the friendly staff and nothing is too much for them…they are more like family…so grateful for our wonderful local pharmacy

If I could give Craignish Pharmacy 7 stars I wouldn’t hesitate.Been a customer for years and the personal, professional service continues to exceed all expectations.The pharmacist takes time to offer advice and suggestions every time I get a prescription for a new drug and gladly offers printed information to take home.The staff are super friendly and personable while maintaining professionalism in any interaction.Even efficient home delivery (in the immediate local area) is made with a smile.Exactly the kind of pharmacy one hopes to have in your local area.
