This business offers amazing service. Craig, the manager, could not be more helpful and offered expert advice. Knew exactly what to do and got it sorted on a Friday afternoon. Nigel, the electrician, was fantastic. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I broke down in my 68 MGC coupe. Overheating. I popped in. They were very busy. I needed to get back to Newcastle, they took pity on me, and fixed my thermo fan and got me home. I can't thank them enough for what they did for me, in my time of need. They are fantastic people. A beautiful business with heart. They also rang me the next day to make sure I made it home. I had an issue with my trailer , There was no Auto electrician working the day I was there & the only staff member had no experience in troubshooting issues , she was more concerned about making a phone call after hearing my problem & asked me to wait while she made a call , Train your stuff to atleast troubleshoot issues or why be open. I went elsewhere.

Absolutely professional, extremely friendly and super knowledgable. We had our Patrol GU8 checked and serviced twice before we set off to our road trip. A few hundred kilometres into the trip we faced troubles with the car. Again to a close by OEM Garage, they had no clue. Luckily we found Great Lakes Mechanical. After 5 minutes it was clear to them what other mechanics hadn’t seen before. An hour later everything was fixed at the spot. These guys are highly recommended. Wonderful team and super service. I would even consider bringing my car from the central coast up there for regular services.

We have had a persistent issue with the ECU-ACC No1 fuse blowing on our 200 series Landcruiser. No other auto Electrician’s or Toyota have been successful in rectifying the fault. The auto electrician was fantastic and was able to locate a wire rub through and rectify the fault in a timely manner. The team were also very friendly and I would highly recommend them for any auto electrical issues.

After taking my car there 2 times having computer read .they said book it in.after waiting all day went to pick car up to be told ,we really don't know much about europe cars, you best taking it too another electrian .$200 + later been no help .you think at first or secondcomputer reading they could of told me this .after picking up car was rang as they left engine cover off .I feel they just money grabbing,and terrible customer service

The guys were great. Found issue easily and gave me the option of genuine or aftermarket with quotes for both.Ordered part in and fitted, even kept car over night as I was to crook to pick up. Also fixed up some dodgy wiring in the original diagnostics
