I rented a property through Instyle in 2021 with my friend and our dog and we were very happy with our experience. Our property manager was Joseph and he was fantastic. He and the agency made the rental process very easy for us. They were easy to communicate with, had good systems to log maintenance requests through, and were quick and helpful in resolving any requests or issues we had during our lease.

I had an excellent experience with my real estate agent Joseph white , I have rented one of the property he managed for nearly 4 years. As a single mother it is very hard to obtain a rental property and he empathised with my situation and gave me a chance to obtain a rental property that he managed at that time . And when the owner wanted to sell the house that I was renting , he tried his best to find us another rental property that he has and was very patient with giving us time to find another house , although I didn’t obtain another property from him after I moved out from the one that I was renting from him , he still currently helping me to find another property to rent now . Highly recommended!! . Joseph is empathetic , very easy to deal with , good communicator , and he’ll go out of his way to help even if he gains nothing from it.

Lena has been wonderful to deal with throughout the process of our recent rental application. She been incredibly helpful, transparent and prompt from the get go. Highly recommend!

We leased a brand new house that was falling apart from the second we moved in, had no A/C for 4 weeks during a heat wave last summer, the house was broken in to and a window was smashed wide open, it took 2 weeks for them to get a glazier to repair it (with multiple calls from me to follow it up, no proactive efforts from them at all, which led to mozzies & bugs in the house for weeks after, received inspection notices 4 days before wanting to inspect, staff would regularly drive by the house and we’d receive texts asking to mow the lawns at any given time. When we vacated the house we delivered all the keys to the office and then were asked for weeks to return them due to lack of internal communication, despite our notice of doing so to the property manager & it took 4 months & 10+ calls to CBS and SACAT to receive our bond after moving out due to their incompetency and lack of efforts to resolve the situation. Do not lease a property from these plebs.

I had such bad experience with property managers that I just end doing it on my own until I discovered InStyle. From monthly reports, routine inspections, EOFY financial statements, to having access to your portfolio via propertyme. It is such a relief knowing there are property managers that do what they are meant to do. I am very grateful to Sarah, for finding us the right tenant, to Hollie, Janet for patiently responding to all our anxious emails and calls and to everyone at InStyle for their dedication to property management. Very well done to you all and I look forward to many years of doing business with you. Keep up the fantastic work your doing and making South Australia proud!
